Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM (flexible upon request, subject to availability).
ID or Passport Registration: RiverGate Residence requires guests to show ID/Passport at reception for building security.
Housekeeping: The apartment is cleaned before each stay. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a small fee.
Swimming Pool: Open daily during designated hours (8AM – 5 PM). Buy ticket and please bring your own swimwear and towels for pool use.
Noise: Please respect building quiet hours (typically 10 PM – 7 AM).
Visitors: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must be signed in at the reception.
Parking: Limited parking is available in the building for an additional fee – please inform us in advance if you require it.
